4. Custom Puzzle Content

If you create or upload custom puzzles, the images or related puzzle data you provide may be stored so the game can display, share, or synchronize that puzzle as intended.

You are responsible for ensuring that any custom puzzle content you upload is lawful and that you have the right to use it. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, invasive of privacy, or infringes someone else's rights.

5. Data Sharing

We may share information only when reasonably necessary to:

• Operate Jigsaw Diorama and its online features.
• Provide services through Steam, Unity, cloud hosting, or other service providers.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Protect the security, rights, or safety of players, Base Metal Games, or others.
• Investigate abuse, fraud, cheating, or technical misuse.

We do not sell player data to advertisers or data brokers.

Game data may be stored on servers operated by Base Metal Games, Unity, Steam, or other service providers. These servers may be located in Canada, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the game, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or protect our legitimate interests.
